Happy New Year!

Cuckoo And that I'm back! A fortnight we have not seen it happen, a wonderful gathering of immigrants in Christmas lights, a big Grrrrrr for my camera just broke down that day!, Homecoming Surprises, appointments missed, hugs, big hugs, stars in the eyes and on stage, confidences whispered in a corner sofa, a day off, a grand entrance and ...... never oyster!!

I'll tell you that later in photos ... Meanwhile, another big thank you to Jen and Dam for hosting our meeting at the perfection of Emigrants, a big thank you to Stephanie and Denis for their nice (and delicious) attention, (photos well received, but 129 emails to read arriving!) ...

I take the few hours I have left before going to celebrate with our friends and neighbors Quebec to wish you, along with Mr. Cherrybee with all our heart a wonderful year 2011, full of love and promises of health to fulfill all your wishes, especially those so dear to some of our future immigrants in the starting blocks!

Trail Conditions / December 17, 2010

Many trails still in preparation.

The recent cold weather has helped consolidate the surface in flooded areas (# 5, # 7, # 8, # 6). For cons, the thickness ice is insufficient to support the weight of equipment (over 700 pounds). As always with the advent of winter, the trails are overrun with ATVs and snowmobiles. These users will eventually be notified and the paths rebuilt. If your side you can identify them, please let us know.

Prefer west trail # 1, # 2, # 3, # 4, # 11, Sector CNDFatima: # 7 (fir and 7b), # 12.

To monitor the entire network: rocky outcrops and the possibility of water under the snow or thin ice in particular in the non-groomed trails.

Being just around the corner ... Small

Yep, I did arrive the day before yesterday in my native Provence. Even colder than Montreal (with the mistral ungrateful). Upon my arrival, the vortex has taken to finalize Kwismas shopping, decide what would be our banquet menu, reserving the lobster and foie gras. Parties every morning back every night at 19 pm!

Tomorrow is day girls (Including mine) at Grand Littoral. And Saturday, the big meal of immigrants in the PACA region.

How Do You Clean Sperm Stains On Hardwood

THE COUNTRY SKIING, WINTER ACTIVITY FOR EXCELLENT HEALTH!

Cross-country skiing, an endurance sport that uses all your muscles gently

The ski remains a very nice winter activity that works all the muscles gently and can enjoy the breathtaking scenery offered by the forest and mountains. Whether you are a beginner or advanced skier, you will find his happiness on the slopes skiing, using the technique of sliding is best at his level. The flexibility, breathing, balance, endurance ... many capabilities are developed through the skiing!

techniques skiing skiing

In addition to being a great way to enjoy winter, cross country skiing or Nordic skiing, has many benefits to the organization . Softer than alpine skiing, it is sometimes associated with a sport "old" and yet this sport is not easy.

There are two techniques of skiing:
• the diagonal stride, also called classical technique which is to move forward, feet parallel tracks in tracks in the snow. This technique resembles the way beginners and practice it a lot. We find different variant, as the simultaneous surge, which is a technique used on flat or falling (when the skier uses his arms to propel themselves) or not AC alternating legs and arms.

• the skate (or skating) require a movement which, as its name implies, resembles the movement performed by the skaters. The powertrains are then side and require a good balance. Again, several retrouvre variations in technical skate, as no two times (the skier using his arms to the first outbreak of the second leg and performs without the help of his arm) or not a time (the skier s Using his arms to push each leg).

The benefits of cross country skiing skiing

The skiing is working all the muscles, namely the legs, buttocks, trunk, back and arms (which push on the sticks). Moreover, it is a gentle sport that has very little impact on joints and ligaments, which rarely results in injury if dropped.

Nordic skiing improves blood circulation and the functioning of the respiratory system. Indeed, it is an endurance sport that develops lung capacity. It helps to burn fat as skiers (his) substantive burn 500 to 800 calories per hour.

The ski develops flexibility (ligaments, tendons and joints are stressed to softness), movement coordination and balance, because of the narrowness of the skis (5 or 6 cm wide) .

For lovers of nature and peace, it is a great way to escape to the crowded ski slopes. It can have a good time with your partner or family and contemplate the forest more closely.

Skiing: Tips ...
Cross-country skiing, an excellent winter activity for health!
course requires a minimum of preparation before embarking on an expedition of several hours in cross country skiing. If it is actually softer than alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, however, requires stamina and breath. Better to be prepared weeks in advance, walking, running, swimming or biking on a regular basis.
A minimum of technical explanations are also needed because the skis are thin and the attachment point is located in one place: the forefoot. To manage its momentum on the climbs and descents in the balance, it is advisable to know the basic rules. It is of course highly recommended to warm up before and go gradually, so you do not run out too quickly.
finally Know that the risks associated with backcountry skiing are very minimal. A fall causes the most laughter, possibly a hematoma and sometimes a sprain. Fracture risk remains very rare.

Remember to drink during your expedition and you bring a snack to replenish energy. "Good ride! "

How Clean White Leather

blowing - 2-3 cm

they said! And as that happens, the weather was wildly wrong. Early blowing turned into more than 20 cm of snow, stormy, blizzardesque even in short, a time not to put a Cherrybee outside.

all began in the afternoon Monday. At the output of business was the big b. ...., 1 ½ hours for the trip that I usually do in 20 minutes. But it was not all! The storm lasted all night and continued Tuesday morning with a vengeance. Go to the office? Do not go there? First, take a look outside ... Rho la la! My poor trees!

A quick hello to Yannick, the neighbor who tries vainly to clear snow from entering blower blows.

Inspect windows in the basement. As you see, do not try to open them!

Instead, open the door

or patio door of the room ... Just to see ...

And then, well, all the neighbors were leaving ... I started ...

I felt as it were ... a little ... alone in the world ... Now you understand why you feel reassured with a cell here?

Between 40 km / h on the highway and the 0 to 20 km / h in town, I was soon reassured

We spent time as might in traffic

Congestion access on the Champlain Bridge

Check again with 1 hour 15 minutes late (but here, as we're all in this together, we do tells us nothing), so the day went quietly and normally.

Except in Quebec in winter, the day does not end without a good little workout.

Chum decided .... Finally trying ....

Knowing that our snow removal we did a great job, but only on the flat part before garage,

and that the Act requires us to allow safe access for municipal (read factor, police, firefighters, etc.) at home, that's what was in store boyfriend last night!

sapinnnnn My beautiful!

In fact, tomorrow's big blue sky, but it seems that on Sunday we go again! That's all we know about the weather, they do not want to tell us more! What jokers, these people Météomédia anyway! If only I could leave on Monday!

Uh! Are you sure you still want to emigrate Quebec??

Go, kiss people!

Before And After Images Of Covered Tattoos

Lesson demolition 2 hours

How to demolish a house in 2 hours time. When we arrived here we were delighted by the decor, the neighborhood houses. While we liked. Anything but a wart on the landscape. Land on which stood a dingy shed, an ice rink made in private owner of the shed and a house that had no age. Everything was on sale a few months ago. And slowly, the ice has disappeared, then the shed, neatly boned ... Until the house. It was last Saturday. How then to the floor of a wooden house here:

They started at 10 pm

Now the roof

At noon it was over. Impressive, no?

And today (well yesterday because today I can not tell you the storm. And if I tell you, but tomorrow!)

OOOOOOOOOhhhhh the beautiful field of corn end of my street!

Yes, OK, I am under no illusions ... But in the worst case, it will be a new house that we will block the view of the field!

Go, kiss people!
